Full time, Fixed-term contract (3 months), with the possibility of a 1-year renewal and later conversion to a permanent position based on performance.
- A committed Christian who regularly attends a church that is part of a recognized denomination (regular church attendance required).
- Willing to participate in daily morning devotional time and join in intercessory prayer for donors and ministry work.
- Able to maintain a mature Christian faith and lifestyle as a faithful believer.
Bachelor’s degree (3–4 year program) or higher; major in Business, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting for public-interest or other nonprofit organizations.
- Able to function as a mid-level manager, effectively supporting the Director and delegating and coordinating work among team members.
- Understands the team’s workflow and processes, takes ownership, and proactively responds to needs.
- Strong ability to learn new tasks and systems and to organize and systematize work.
- Demonstrates a learning mindset, self-directed learning ability, and a proactive, initiative-taking work style.
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
- Respectful attitude toward others, collaborative and harmonious teamwork, and kind, clear communication skills.
- Strong ability to use tools and information necessary for effective job performance.
- Experience with and solid understanding of accounting systems..
- Advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft 365 Business applications, with strong overall computer skills.
- Extensive experience handling Korea’s four major social insurances.
- Experience processing donations for fundraising organizations (e.g., Community Chest of Korea or similar).
- Experience managing supporting documentation for accounting and audits.
- Experience booking international air tickets, accommodations, and rental cars.
- Korean: Able to prepare reports and documents to be submitted to government and public institutions.
- English: Able to communicate and perform finance-related work in English (with focus on reading, listening, and writing).
No restrictions on domestic or international travel when required.
Monday–Friday (5 days a week), 8:30–17:30 or 8:00–17:00.
