Solicitation Disclosure for Samaritan's Purse Korea
Samaritan’s Purse Korea is a non-profit corporation (religious corporation) participating in activities specified in Article 12, Clause 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Inheritance and Gift Tax Law." All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects, and undesignated gifts will go to “Where most Needed.” We may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
